Training Options
Enhanced Telephone & Internet Training
Internet & telephone training is a unique way of training that offers time and scheduling conveniences. Each training session is up to 3 hours in length using a combination of streaming video, remote desktop control of your computer and the telephone. In order to take advantage of this type of training, a telephone and a high speed internet connection are required. The assistance of your IT department may also be required.
Onsite Installation and Training
Onsite installation and training is an essential part of Sportstec’s support offering. An experienced and qualified trainer will visit your organization and deliver a structured training program to get you and your staff confident with Sportstec software. A certificate of training will be signed upon completion of training.
