We require proper documentation in the cases where an online license needs to be reset or a dongle needs to be replaced.

For online resets, if the computer was damaged and had to be repaired, we ask for a scanned copy or fax of the repair ticket or invoice. If the computer was stolen, please provide a police report or insurance claim.

In the cases where a dongle is stolen. We require a police report or insurance claim and there is a cost to the replacement of the dongle plus shipping charges.
