Mercury Scoresheet only connects to the Server at the beginning of a match and again at the end. At the beginning to download data from matches in progress, and at the end to update the server by saving the match data captured. This connection is normally through the internet and port 80. The security of the database update process is protected with secure and auditable password access that only the Match Officials have.
